  1. Your booklist comprises predominantly self improvement books. The only one that approaches the same genre as Perlmutter, is “lies my doctor told me”. I suggest you research authors like Prof Tim Noakes, Dr William Davis, Dr Nina Teicholtz and web sites like DietDoctor.com, PrimalBlueprint.com – if you are interested in your physiological health and not just your mental health.
