WHAT? MILK IS BAD FOR YOUR HEALTH!?

Yes. The title of this post is true.

Do you know that there are no studies that show that drinking milk strengthens human bones?

In fact,

Women who drink 2 to 3 glasses of milk daily have higher fracture risk those who drink less than 1 glass a day!

Men who drink 2 to 3 glasses of milk daily have higher rates of prostate cancer than those who drink less than 1 glass a day!
